| Robert
L. Steinberg began his legal career in Texas over twenty-two (22) years
ago. Licensed, and with offices in New York and Texas, Mr.
Steinberg and his legal team handle cases throughout the United
States.
Mr. Steinberg currently
specializes in serious civil matters, including wrongful death,
pharmaceutical litigation and severe personal injury cases.
Mr.
Steinberg has been co-counsel in a wide range of civil cases involving
settlements and jury verdicts for clients.
In the late 1980’s Mr. Steinberg
formed his own litigation firm and personally handled cases
against Exxon Mobil, Shell Oil Company, Chevron and other
corporate giants on behalf of individual clients.
Currently, global corporations
such as Wyeth, Merck, Exxon Mobil, Chevron and Halliburton are
defendants being pursued by clients represented by Mr.
Steinberg.
In the 1990’s Mr. Steinberg was
involved in successful cases on behalf of victims’ of defective
products, such as silicon breast implants and fen-phen, which
products caused significant injuries and, in some cases, death.
Mr. Steinberg has been the guest
speaker at groups of Directors and Presidents of Gas Station
Retailers Organizations throughout the United States. He has
toured the United States as an invited guest speaker to Gas
Station Retailer Groups from Coast to Coast.
Mr. Steinberg has formed

against manufacturers of breast implants which resulted in confidential
settlements to all of Mr. Steinberg's clients.
